Let's start with our Demo today; let us add an online meeting information to one of our existing meetings.

Open the existing meeting from Calendar view.
|

For this purpose, click on online meeting link, and choose from the existing online meetings. We can now see that the online meeting information has been added to our meeting.

Click on "Online Meeting" link. Reserve Online Meeting dialog box displayed. Select the online meeting. Rectangular call-out selects the added online meeting.

Send the meeting to the invitees.

Click on Send and Save invitations button.

Open the meeting form again.
|
Meeting form opens up from the Calendar view.

You'll now see “Edit and Remove links” as part of 9.0 enhancements against your Online Meetings. These links help you update the online meeting link information in your meeting.

To edit the meeting, click on the “Edit” link. This again opens up the 'Reserve Online Meeting' dialog box.

To update the meeting details, you may choose from the existing list or, if you wish, you may create a new meeting too. Clicking on the 'Edit' button will help you modify any existing meeting details.

For demo purposes today, I choose from the existing list. And here the updated details are updated in the meeting.

Click on 'Send and Save invitations' button.

Send the updates to the invitees.

Open the existing meeting from Calendar view.

Now, to remove the online meeting information, open the meeting form again and click on the 'Remove' link.

The moment you click on the 'Remove' link, the online details are deleted from the meeting.

Save and Send the information to the invitees.
